Outline of R&D
We will reconstruct MicrobeDB.jp, an integrated database of microbes, to Microbiome Datahub, which is an international microbiome database focusing on microbiome research. In addition to MicrobeDB.jp's data, Microbiome Datahub will include new data on microbial phenotypes and metagenome-assembled genome data. Microbiome Datahub will provide a rich and flexible data exploration and analysis function.
