Outline of R&D
SSBD database is an integrated database of bioimaging data and quantitative biological dynamics data. In this project, we will reestablish the SSBD database as a global data-sharing platform used by all life sciences researchers in Japan and based on international collaboration among Japan, the US, Europe, and other countries. Moreover, we will develop a platform to facilitate the development and sharing of informatics-based image analysis methods. We will develop a system that enables sustainable operation and development of the SSBD database.
