Outline of R&D
We construct an integrative data platform with cis-regulatory elements (CRE), trans-factors, and epigenomics data in order to support the comprehensive understanding of the transcriptional regulations. The data platform consists of two core databases, CRE database and ChIP-Atlas, and shows their consolidated views. The CRE database provides the genomic coordination and their activities for each cell types and conditions about CREs, which are genomics elements regulating transcriptions in the same chromosomes, and ChIP-Atlas provides the information of trans-factors and related epigenomes.
