Outline of R&D
We will renew MassBank and build a pipeline for the accumulation of biological mass spectra, Shin-MassBank. MB-POST for raw data repository and MassBank in silico which contains predictive mass spectra will be newly established, and we will create a system to store high-quality measured mass spectra in MassBank. Next-generation databases will be developed from the point of view of the database users, so that meet the needs of life science researchers.
