Outline of R&D

We will build Shin-MassBank, an analysis pipeline for accumulating biological spectra in MassBank. MB-POST for raw data repository, MassBank Human which contains high-quality mass spectra from humans and mice, and MassBank in silico which contains predictive mass spectra will be newly established. We will create a system to accumulate high-quality measured mass spectra in MassBank. Next-generation databases will be developed from the point of view of the database users, so that meet the needs of life science researchers.
