Outline of R&D
Based on ATTED-II, a plant gene co-expression database, we will enrich the gene co-expression information of model plants and construct a system to bridge the information obtained in model plants to non-model plants. This database will make it possible to utilize the knowledge obtained from the gene co-expression network of model plants for research on non-model plants.
