Outline of R&D
To advance the database integration for systems science of biological dynamics, this project integrates image data in cell and developmental biology into the integrated database for systems science of biological dynamics. In parallel, the project continues to integrate newly released spatiotemporal biological dynamics data into the integrated database while extending the data formats and developing database tools. The project will also deepen the cooperation among other integrated databases, establish an international network for database integration, and improve efficiency of database management.
