Outline of R&D
In last fiscal year, we have developed a software environment of a biochemical reaction network analysis, integrating multi-omics, pathway and drug target. E. coli. has been only supported in the software platform. In this fiscal year, we reorganize the workflow of the software environment, and add new framework of a Cyberinfrastructure proposed by Cytoscape. We then extend our target organism to Arabidopsis thaliana, demonstrating the versatility of our analysis environment.
