Outline of R&D

PGDBj is aimed at enhancing the integration of plant genome-related resources and information, by expanding existing three databases, the Ortholog, Resource and DNA Marker DBs. The cross search system of PGDBj will be improved to obtain more users from plant breeding and biotechnology fields in addition to academic researchers.
