Outline of R&D

In recent years, several genome-scale metabolic models have been reconstructed and published. For the purpose of navigating drug targets predicted from these models, KEGG PATHWAY, and user-specific omics-data, I develop a network analysis system. This system supports "E-coli metabolic model and KEGG PATHWAY integration", "Multi-omics pathway visualization", and "Drug targets navigation with KEGG MEDICUS".
