The following database has been added to the search index of Life Science Database Cross Search.

  • [NPEdia (Natural Products Encyclopedia)]:This is a search tool for compounds in RIKEN Natural products depository (RIKEN NPdepo). Each entry contains Compound name, CAS No., molecular weight, structure, InChI key, biological activity, sourse organisms, etc.. This database allows to search using compound ID, compound name, InChIKey or chemical structure.
