Outline of R&D

We will construct a database that allows users to easily access publicly available spatial transcriptome data of various tissues obtained using major platforms. This database will allow anyone to easily verify hypotheses based on bulk RNA-seq obtained from the whole tissue, or to develop new hypotheses based on the spatial transcriptome analysis.

Main database(s) subject to research and development

Spatial Genomics Atlas of Cells and Tissues (temporary name)

Period of research and development

Apr 2023 to Mar 2026

Grant Number

JPMJND2303
