Outline of R&D

The aim of this study is to develop a web application that can analyze user-uploaded metagenomic sequence data by applying the metagenomic analysis pipeline used in the MicrobeDB.jp. This web application will provide the basic information on the microbial community (e.g., the taxonomic and functional composition). In addition, users can compare this information with other metagenomic samples exist in the MicrobeDB.jp.
