Outline of R&D

Build a toxicological pathology image database "CuraToxii", which is collected and systematized based on the collaboration of toxicological pathology experts. In addition to providing toxicological pathology images and meta-information, the database will enhance convenience by implementing a benchmark dataset to support the development of deep learning models and their application to toxicity assessment, a leaderboard function, and a dynamic data acquisition function. This database will solve existing problems such as low usability and data availability caused by the file size of toxicological pathology images, and provide important information for understanding the effects of compounds on individuals. The database aims to contribute to the efficiency and sophistication of drug safety evaluation and the acceleration of drug discovery research based on a deeper understanding of the compound-individual relationship.
