[NBDC RDF Portal] The provider, name and URL will change by Jul 2023

The research, development, and operation of the "NBDC RDF Portal" will be transferred from NBDC to the Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS) by Jul 3, 2023. Accordingly, the provider of this web service will change to DBCLS, and the name and URL will also change. Details are as follows.

  After the change of provider, access to the old URL will be redirected to the new URL.
  If you have registered the URL as a favorite or bookmark, please change it to the new address after the change of provider.

• 3. Handling of SPARQL Endpoints (EP)

  The EP provided currently by NBDC will not be updated after Apr 3, 2023 and will be closed on Sep 29. Therefore, users of the data will need to change EP settings individually. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience.
  Please wait for the new EP information, which will be posted on the DBCLS website　as soon as it is ready.

[About the NBDC RDF Portal]
The NBDC RDF Portal is a portal site for life science databases in RDF format, launched in November 2015. The portal provides a comprehensive view of life science RDF format data created by research institutes in Japan, and allows users to search using the SPARQL language.
